Reporting to the Executive Lead of MultiDisciplinary Oncology Partnership (MDOP) Operations, this is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in your career. The Senior Engagement Executive, MDOP Operations is an integral part of the MDOP Operations Team and works with our Varian and Siemens Healhineers Organizations to manage Operational and Performance Innovation deliverables for the MDOP to ensure the highest level of value for both the client and the partnership. In your role you will explore opportunities to assist clients using Varian and Siemens Healthineers Business portfolio and services, to improve quality of care, reduce costs, and execute on deliverables and revenue targets. You will have the unique opportunity to work with internal and external business partners to craft the project to help drive measurable efficiency and effectiveness of clinical and operational processes within our Varian MultiDisciplinary Oncology Partnership. Primary responsibilities: - Lead client relationship development to drive key goals for client success with Performance Innovation. - Serve as an advisor to executive leadership (client and Varian) and collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams and business partners, on all performance innovation matters within the Varian MDOP. - Drive Performance Innovation excellence to ensure success with opportunity identification, project scope and valuation, and delivery to approved outcomes. - Stay current on all new and existing business partner offerings and create performance innovation opportunities within our Varian MDOP. - Deliver required performance innovation documentation and reporting according to client needs and contract requirements. Minimum skills and requirements: - Bachelor?s degree in healthcare related field - Advanced Degree (Masters) in a related business, management, clinical or administrative healthcare field - preferred - You have working knowledge and have been in healthcare leadership for a minimum of 10 years. - Current on trends in healthcare, including value-based healthcare, administration and clinical oncology, cancer screening and treatment delivery, and population health management. - You have held leadership positions, been a director and/or change management leader, project/program management and/or consulting experience in a performance improvement environment - You have experience in finance operations as it relates to tracking of revenue deliverables (asset) - You are results-driven, action oriented and passionate about making a positive client impact while balancing business needs. - You can manage multiple programs, projects, and priorities. - Candidates must be located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, or able to relocate.
